- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share or sell mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to communicate with you about our services.
Messages we send on behalf of our clients
When we deliver services to a business client, we may send messages on that client's behalf, under that client's name and their own messaging registration, to people who have an existing relationship with that business. In those cases the business is responsible for its own privacy practices and consent, and this policy does not govern those messages. If you received a message from a business we work with and have a question about it, contact that business directly, or reply STOP to opt out.
Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram
If you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the details you entered (such as your name, email, and phone number) with us so we can contact you about our services. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, for example email delivery, messaging, hosting, or scheduling tools, and only to the extent needed to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law. As stated above, mobile opt-in information is never shared for marketing purposes.
Email and opt-out
You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any such email, or by emailing us at the address below. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. We honor opt-out requests promptly, within the timeframe required by applicable law. Transactional replies to a conversation you started are not marketing messages.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal or record-keeping requirements. Records of opt-out requests are retained as long as required by applicable law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You may request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
Our website uses only the minimal cookies needed to function and, where enabled, basic analytics to understand aggregate traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
